- Guarantees that the US will never use nuclear weapons as a "first strike" option

- An end to the beligerent rhetoric by all sides

- A call for adherence to international law and the principles of human rights

Dear Ambassador,

I have read with alarm reports that the US has plans to launch military strikes against Iran. I ask you to clearly state that the US has no intention of launching an attack on Iran, or would encourage others to do so. Furthermore to give complete reassurances that the US does not consider nuclear weaponry as a "first strike" option against Iran or any other country.
I want you to know that I am presently totally opposed to such an attack and call for international diplomacy in adherence with treaties, like the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty, to be used to resolve this situation.

Please convey this to the President on my behalf.

Dear Ambassador,

It is with growing alarm that I observe the war of words between Iran, USA & the UK which has led the further escalation of tension in the region. I ask you to clearly state that Iran is not seeking to develop nuclear weaponry, has no territorial claims on any other states and is committed to a peaceful resolution to the problems of the region.
I hope that Iran, USA and the UK can act together for a balanced diplomatic response, respecting the rights of all people.

Please convey this to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
